About me
From the Newsroom to Corporate Communications
My professional career began in journalism — for ten years, I worked as an editor for radio and print media, and later as the editor-in-chief of a regional television station. I then transitioned into corporate communications, serving as a media spokesperson for Siemens Switzerland and as Head of Communications for the consulting company Generis, which, among other mandates, was tasked with promoting the Canton of Schaffhausen.

Consulting with Substance—Serving Corporate Strategy

In 2007, I took on various senior communications roles at Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland, one of the world’s largest healthcare companies. In addition to external communications, I supported the company’s strategic positioning in Switzerland and acted as a communications advisor, for example, during the integration of Actelion—to date, the largest acquisition in Johnson & Johnson’s history.

C-Level Communication
In mid-2025, I founded TM Communications. I advise small, medium, and large companies in the areas of strategic communication, reputation management, corporate communications, public relations, media relations, change communications, crisis communication, and public affairs.
Other Engagements
In addition to my professional activities, I serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the International School of Schaffhausen and as a presidium member of the Schaffhausen Industry and Business Association, where I am responsible for communications.
